Through a meticulous process of melting the silica sand at temperatures ranging from 2000-2300 ºC, we produce amorphous silicon dioxide glassy ingots that are further refined into fused silica lumps, sand, and powder to meet our customers' specific requirements.

Fused Silica Making Process
Fused Silica is produced from high purity crystal silica sourced from China Donghai-Xinyi. It is electrically fused at temperatures ranging from 1800-2000ºC to create amorphous Silicon dioxide. The material is then engineered into various forms such as lumps, cullet, ingots, sand, grain, granular, and powder flour. These forms are specifically designed for manufacturing PV fused silica crucibles, thermal ceramics, refractories, EMC investment casting ceramic shells, and more.
Fused Silica Sand Appearance and Specifications:
- No unfused parts are allowed.
- Foreign materials like string, plastic, carbon, wood, metal, or other contaminants are prohibited.
- Only conditional black dots are acceptable; all other color dots are forbidden.
- Black spot diameter should not exceed 2mm.
- Total black dots quantity should be less than 10 per square meter.
