Jiangsu ZhongAo Precision Casting Co., Ltd.

has nearly 10 years of experience in precision casting and covers an area of 35000 square meters with a production area of 10000 square meters. 

The main processes are silica sol precision casting and shell mold casting. Production of various types of valves and pump components, such as globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, bumpers, impellers, and pump casings.

Materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, bronze, and aluminum can also be casted. Using CAE to carry out digital simulation before casting, our technology has been improved to a new level. 

Under the SGS audit of the ISO9001 operation system, the use of our process is more standardized. CO2 gas shielded welding and shot blasting process make the appearance quality of our castings better.
 

Anhui DongKun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Anhui DongKun covers an area of 30000 square meters, with a production area of 12000 square meters in the first phase. 

It mainly focuses on high-end processing, assembly, and sheet metal, and has been completed and put into production in May 2021. 

At present, there are 50 employees in the trial operation stage, and there will be no less than 100 professional machining personnel in the future. 

The factory will operate under the ISO/TS16949 system, relying on strong comprehensive supporting processing capabilities and R & D capabilities providing customers with OEM and ODM products to fully meet their various needs. 

It is planned to enter the catalog of "Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size" in Chuzhou in 2022.

Quality Control
DK knows product quality is the basic of business, only ensure what we promised, we can have a further cooperation.
There is an independent quality control department in our workshop.We have in-house CMMs, Spectrometer, 2-D projection machine, 3D printer, Roughness tester, Hardness tester, Thickness tester, NDT inspection machine and dozens of regular inspction tools.
Warehouse
DK has a separate, systemically managed warehouse. Our goods are stored in modular stacks according to different processes, models and customer's country region. This avoids some potential problems. 
 

Package
DK customizes packaging for different products. We will use standard export wooden cases to pack and reinforce the cast wool products. For other products with high surface requirements, we will carry out fine inner box packaging, then use carton packaging, and finally use wooden cases for packaging reinforcement. Of course, we will also meet the customer's specified packaging methods, such as: tray, etc.

---Yes, we are able to make the drawing of your sample duplicate the sample.

3. What is your payment method?

---Tooling:50% T/T advanced,50% T/T balance when sample approval.

Items bulk order:50% deposit T/T,50% balance T/T against the copy of B/L.

4. What kind of file format can you open?

---PDF, IGS, DWG, X_T, STEP(STP).

5. What surface treatment can you do?

---Including powder coating, sandblasting, painting, polishing, acid pickling, anodizing, enamel, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, and chrome plating.

6. What is your way of packing?

---Each product is carefully packed with bubble bags and packed in cartons. In order to cause scratches due to knocks, which will affect the quality and use of the product, we will use wooden boxes specially designed for export for packaging and transportation.
